Exclusions
Compound wall:
Compound wall will be charged additional @ ₹ 950/ RFT based on foundation depth specifications
Rainwater Harvesting:
Rainwater sump, Percolation pit, Fitter, Pipes, Fittings and installation charges will be additional.
Roof:
Tapered roof area will be charged at Rs 200/sq ft.
Power and water:
Temporary Electrical Connection, Power and water charges.
Bathrooms:
Bathtubs & extra fittings in bathroom, Glass doors and allied accessories (separating dry & wet area).
Interior Designing:
Interior design will be as per agreed upon sizes/ materials as mentioned in the contract.
Foundation:
Additional Material, Labor and Excavation beyond the normal foundation depth of 6 ft will be charged extra when encountered with water / loose soil / stone. Breaking of rocks during excavation is also not included.
On Site:
Landscaping / Planter box
Staircase:
Circular/ helical staircase will be charged extra @ Rs 650/sq ft.
Others:
Elevations with CNC cutting jali/ RCC pergolas/ MS pergolas will be charged extra.
Rainwater sump, Percolation pit and site cleaning will be charged extra.
Wall cladding, Polycarbonate sheet/Toughen glass, Electrical fixtures & kitchen appliances, Home Automation, Home security systems, Light Fittings Landscaping, Chimney Stove will be charged extra.
